Grand opening of Hualian Costa in “Asian No.1 Railway Station”

Recently, Beijing Southern Railway Station, said as the “Asian No.1 Railway Station”, opened officially. While people are enjoying this huge super modern railway station, they also notice a European style coffee store which is located in the west-southern corner of the Station. That is the coffee store named COSTA, a worldwide coffee brand with 40 years history.

COSTA has 900 coffee stores worldwide, among which 640 are in UK and 260 are in Europe, Middle East and other regions. At the end of 2007, Beijing Hualian Group signed a joint venture agreement with COSTA. The joint venture planned to open hundreds of COSTA stores in Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, North East China and other regions in the next few years. All these stores bears a wonderful name as “Hualian Costa”.

During the Olympics in Beijing, Hualian Costa has opened 2 stores, one in Shangdi and one in New Southern railway Station. Its elegancy taste is praised by the customers, especially the domestic customers. Its successful opening in Beijing adds a wonderful place for Beijing consuming market.
